Diversity, the top IT staffing company in the United States that is African-American owned, strives to advance the idea of the value of diversity throughout the workplace. The Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) achieves this by building up pioneering programs that make it easier for companies to rework themselves and give strength to their workforces.
Diversity provides training, mentoring and originality, collaboration through its software solutions that bring about problem solving as well as team work that builds solid relationships.
Diversity offers programs such as its US Veterans STAR program and MBE Mentoring UNITY program which not only target US soldiers but clients as well. The STAR program, for example, makes entry-level IT training at an accredited facility available to candidates along with onsite work with some of its clients.
The company works with banking, financial services, government, IT, biotechnology and many more industries to help businesses acquire the right IT talent for their needs.
Diversity is a reflection of its imaginative, creative owner Gene Waddy and his expertise and pledge to be of assistance to others. In 2010 Waddy and John Goullet merged Info Technologies and Diversant to form Diversant LLC. to develop new ways to meet IT challenges.
Prior to the merger, Goullet founded IT staffing company Info Technologies and within five years grew the company to $30 million and which ranked eighth of the US top 500 fastest rising private businesses.
Goullet, who graduated from Ursinus College, worked his way up as an IT consultant in 1994 before launching Info Technologies which focused on providing customized IT staffing services to its clients.
He currently serves as principal and chairman of Diversant where he continues to work on a broad range of IT staffing and policies that include IT staff growth and diversity programs.
According to Goullet, Diversant obtains counsel and support from business and financial experts through its Advisory Board concerning strategic approaches and marketable growth.
